3-day all inclusive experiential leadership training
Program Overview
This 3-day program examines the leadership and intelligence failures leading up to the attack on Pearl Harbor, as well as the incredible resilience and resolve that followed. Participants will explore the critical importance of strategic foresight, crisis preparedness, and leading through catastrophic events.
By analyzing the decisions made before, during, and after the attack, leaders will extract timeless lessons on avoiding strategic surprise and inspiring a path forward from crisis.
