We request approval for The Cottage Day, a one-day leadership development program at President Lincoln's Cottage in Washington, DC. The program requires no overnight stay and includes no airfare. The selected per-participant rate is intended to support an efficient training purchase; procurement must confirm that it falls within the approving official's applicable threshold and authority.
