Keep In Touch With LLI:
It is our mission to help you develop the ability to more fully engage those around you—through leadership development, executive presence and improved negotiation and communication skills.
What is Executive Presence? You recognize individuals who have it and you know it is essential for your own professional growth. We define Executive Presence as ‘the ability to totally engage those around you to reach their highest levels of performance’. We suggest that President Abraham Lincoln is the premier example of someone who learned Executive Presence. While he was not blessed with charisma—truly an accident of birth—Lincoln learned to express himself with presence and in doing so impacted our nation like no other.
Imagine Steve Wiley, one of the most sought after speakers in the country, and our impressive collection of professionals making it their top priority to profoundly impact your ability to engage those around you—to engage them in such a manner that they never forget you or your message. This is exactly what will happen during this powerful three-day Executive Presence experience that will powerfully and forever enhance your ‘presence factor’.
During your time with us, our renowned faculty will help you to nurture and grow these tenets through intensive classroom interactions, hands-on workshops and one-on-one feedback sessions. Participants are asked to come prepared to make a 3-5 minute presentation which will be taped both before working with our faculty and again on the last day. We guarantee you’ll be impressed with both your personal growth and increased performance.
Due to the amount of time facilitators spend with individual participants, programs are capped at 20 individuals. Much more than a presentation skills workshop, these three days will help you transform yourself and unleash your own Executive Presence.
